Job Summary

- Adhering to SLAs - ITIL Processes awareness and adhering to - Mentoring / Training Team Members - Handling tickets / requests - Perform root cause analysis - Troubleshooting technical issues - Defining processes and ensuring that the processes are adhered to - Oversees and is responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration - Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA - Manage all basis activity performed by the infrastructure basis team members. - Develop post implementation support strategy. - Work with functional teams to develop a cut over strategy, plans, and execution

Key Responsibilities

- Installing, configuring and maintaining SAP server, ABAP, Java and ABAP+Java Stacks - Installation and configuration of HA environment, with Unix and Windows environments - Configuration and administration of ,SAP BASIS SERVER and can prepare root cause investigations for escalated technical issues. - Installing and Maintaining kickstart environment - Implimentation : 2 Life cycle End to end for large global customers with complex landscape. - Upgrade : Hands on upgrade exposer, SAP Version upgrade as well as EHP upgrades - Troubleshooting Application, Hardware, database and Operating system related issue - Capacity planning and fine tune system for optimal performance, from Application and database perspective - Good understanding of netweaver components, like EP, PI, BI, ECC, CRM, SRM, Solman, Trex and collabration, MDM, with integration and initial configuartions setups to achieve business continuity. - Performance Management & fine tuning \"- Good understanding of Oracle Database and BRTools

Skill Requirements

Other Skills / Experience \\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\n- Worked on Production systems \\\\r\\\\n- Datacenter understanding \\\\r\\\\n- Experience with Server Migration, Installation, Upgrades and Patching \\\\r\\\\n- Other Skill - SAP HANA DB, Sybase ASE, Oracle DBA, Linux admin /Window

Other Requirements

 - Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written) - Good documentation skills - Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE (Including MS Project and Visio) - Should have a great customer handling skills - Able to handle unforeseen situations - High level of acceptance - Can drive HCL’s value and its methodology Total : 7+ Years of experience Relavant : Minimum of 5+ in SAP BASIS Admin / Support
