Job Summary

SAP Basis Specialist with ECS Experience

 Adhering to SLAs \r\n-       Mentoring / Training Team Members \r\n-       Handling tickets / requests \r\n-       Troubleshooting technical issues \r\n-       Defining processes and ensuring that the processes are adhered to \r\n-       Oversees and is responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration \r\n-       Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA \r\n - Manage all basis activity performed by the infrastructure basis team members. SAP Basis Specialist with ECS Experience

 

Key Responsibilities

  Adhering to SLAs \r\n-       Mentoring / Training Team Members \r\n-       Handling tickets / requests \r\n-       Troubleshooting technical issues \r\n-       Defining processes and ensuring that the processes are adhered to \r\n-       Oversees and is responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration \r\n-       Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA \r\n - Manage all basis activity performed by the infrastructure basis team members.

Skill Requirements

nstalling, configuring and maintaining SAP server, ABAP, Java and ABAP+Java Stacks \r\n-     SAP Kernel Upgrade \r\n-     SAP Remote Client Copy \r\n-     SAP Parameter Handling \r\n-     SAP Client Export / Import \r\n-     Homogenous System Refresh or System Copy \r\n-     Basic Traoubleshooting \r\n- SAP Certificate handling (Web Dispatcher, ABAP, JAVA, Cloud Connector) \r\n- Upgrade : SPS upgrade through SUM tool (ABAP & JAVA) \r\n-     SAP Language Installation \r\n-     System Restart along with DB and OS \r\n-     Basic Linux Commands \r\n\"-     Good understanding of SAP HANA DB

Other Requirements

Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written) \r\n-       Good documentation skills \r\n-      Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE \r\n-       Should have a great customer handling skills \r\n-       Able to handle unforeseen situations \r\n-       High level of acceptance \r\n-       Can drive HCL’s value and its methodology
