Key Responsibilities • Gather requirements for SIR and Threat Intelligence • Define alert ingestion and case workflows • Collaborate with SOC/GRC/security teams • Define integrations with security tools • Support testing and compliance validation Required Skills • SecOps understanding (SIR, Threat Intelligence) • Security workflows and integration exposure • Strong stakeholder collaboration Preferred Qualifications (Certifications) • ServiceNow CSA • Security certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP – preferred) • ITIL v4 Foundation
