Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and IT teams to deliver high-quality, scalable applications that enhance employee experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop ServiceNow solutions with a focus on HRSD modules (Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center).Customize and configure Service Portal, Widgets, UI Pages, and Catalog Items.Develop and maintain Client Scripts, Server Scripts, Business Rules, and Flow Designer workflows.Implement IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs for HR integrations.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.Support platform upgrades and troubleshoot HRSD-related issues.Required Skills & Qualifications3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.Strong knowledge of HRSD applications and related processes.Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.Experience with Scoped Applications, ACLs, and Data Model.Familiarity with Service Portal and Employee Center.Understanding of HR workflows and lifecycle events.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist certification.Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Performance Analytics.EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
