Job Summary

The Senior Administrator for Support and Operations plays a critical role in delivering advanced technical support and ensuring a seamless operational environment. This position focuses on troubleshooting complex incidents and performing root cause analysis, leading to enhanced customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The role encompasses collaboration with various teams to uphold high security standards and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Advanced Technical Support By Utilizing Sybase Administration And Azure To Troubleshoot Complex Incidents, Perform Root Cause Analysis, And Implement Effective Solutions For Technical And Security Issues.
2. Lead Value-Added Initiatives Such As Updating And Managing The Knowledge Base, Training New Team Members, And Coaching Analysts To Enhance Overall Team Performance And Knowledge Retention.
3. Resolve Complex Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas Using Sybase And Azure Tools, Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Operational Continuity And Security Compliance.
4. Uphold Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements While Adhering To Company Policies In All Aspects Of Support Operations To Maintain A High Level Of Service Delivery.
5. Drive Customer Satisfaction (Csat) By Achieving First Call Resolution Metrics, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions, And Proactively Addressing Potential Security Threats To Enhance The Overall Customer Experience.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Sybase Administration And Azure Environments With Solid Experience In Troubleshooting And Incident Management.
2. Strong Understanding Of Security Best Practices And Operational Procedures In A Support Context.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Conduct Thorough Root Cause Analysis.
4. Experience In Knowledge Management And Delivering Training To Enhance Team Capabilities.
