Job Summary

Communication - Enterprise Video Conf. (Cisco + MS)

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Cisco Webex and Microsoft Teams collaboration platforms. Manage Cisco video conferencing endpoints, room devices, and Teams Rooms systems. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CUCM, Webex, Teams, and conferencing infrastructure. Resolve audio, video, call quality, connectivity, and meeting-related issues. Monitor platform health, performance, and service availability. Support executive/VIP meetings and critical business events. Coordinate with network, security, and vendor teams to resolve complex issues. Perform incident, change, and problem management activities following ITIL processes. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures. Manage firmware upgrades, patches, and system maintenance activities. Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures. Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational standards. Provide L2/L3 technical support for enterprise collaboration services.
