Job Summary

Job Description: LastPass Subject Matter Expert (SME) Role Overview The LastPass SME is responsible for supporting the integration, onboarding, and operational management of the LastPass Enterprise platform during the Hilco transition program. This role ensures secure credential management and alignment with enterprise identity and cybersecurity architecture. Key Responsibilities 1. Password & Credential Management: - Administer LastPass Enterprise platform. - Manage password vaults and access permissions. - Secure enterprise credentials and privileged accounts. 2. Identity & Access Integration: - Integrate LastPass with identity platforms (Azure AD/Entra). - Support MFA and SSO integration. 3. Transition & Integration Support: - Support onboarding into enterprise environment. - Align with security and ITSM processes. 4. Migration & Access Enablement: - Support credential migration and cleanup. - Enable secure access provisioning. 5. Incident Management: - Troubleshoot login, vault, and access issues. - Perform RCA and implement fixes. 6. Security & Compliance: - Enforce password and access policies. - Support audits and compliance activities. 7. Monitoring & Reporting: - Monitor vault access and usage. - Generate audit and security reports. 8. Collaboration: - Work with IAM, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams. - Participate in architecture and transition discussions. 9. Documentation: - Maintain SOPs and runbooks. - Support knowledge transfer activities. Required Skills & Experience - Strong experience with LastPass Enterprise. - Knowledge of IAM and password management. - Understanding of SSO, MFA, and identity protocols. - Experience in enterprise transition programs. - Exposure to Azure AD / Entra and ITSM tools. Key Deliverables - Successful onboarding of LastPass. - Secure credential management operations. - Support for migration and access enablement. - Documentation and KT materials. Success Criteria - Secure and seamless credential management. - No major credential compromise incidents. - Compliance with enterprise IAM policies. - SLA adherence for access and incidents.
