Job Summary

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Senior Healthcare Business Analyst to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Senior Project Manager to support end-to-end migration of the Telephony platform from Cisco to NICE
  • Lead business analysis activities for large-scale migration initiatives, including platform and system transitions
  • Identify, document, and manage all business, technical, and operational dependencies related to the migration
  • Facilitate discussions and working sessions with cross-functional teams including IT, Telephony, Call Center Operations, Vendors, and Business Stakeholders
  • Ensure all impacted teams are identified, engaged, and aligned throughout the migration lifecycle
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, current-state and future-state processes
  • Support impact analysis, risk identification, and mitigation planning for migration activities
  • Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered
  • Create and maintain documentation such as:
  • Business requirements documents (BRDs)
  • Functional requirements
  • Dependency matrices
  • Process flows and impact assessments
  • Support testing activities including UAT planning, defect triage, and validation of migrated functionality
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders and leadership

Skill Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with demonstrated success in large migration or transformation engagements
  • Strong Healthcare domain experience
  • Proven experience supporting platform or system migrations
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders, technical teams, and external vendors
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Experience working in complex, multi-team environments

Other Requirements

  • Experience with Telephony platform migrations
  • Exposure to Cisco, NICE, or similar telephony/contact center platforms
  • Experience working within a call center or contact center domain
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations, compliance, and regulatory considerations
  • Experience working in Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall project environments

Compensation Data

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $115,000 to year

Pay Range Maximum: $139,000 to year
