Job Summary

The Senior Business Specialist will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working closely with stakeholders to implement agile methodologies. The role involves driving business analysis initiatives, collaborating with cross functional teams, and ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct in-depth business analysis to understand current processes and identify areas for enhancement.
2. Develop business requirements documentation and user stories to support agile projects.
3. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure project success.
4. Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
5. Implement agile methodologies to improve project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Perform impact analysis and risk assessment to mitigate potential project issues.
7. Provide subject matter expertise in business processes and recommend best practices for optimization.
8. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and project managers to prioritize deliverables and drive project timelines.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong proficiency in business analysis techniques and tools.
2. In-depth knowledge and practical experience in agile methodologies.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
4. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to drive process improvements.
6. Proven track record in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
7. Agile certification such as certified scrum master (csm) or equivalent is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
