Senior Analyst(Del Ops (Non-Voice))

Job Summary

Candidates should have good hands-on experience in Power BI development and maintenance with exposure to Power Automate and Machine Learning Forecasting using Python.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for business insights
  • Perform regular health checks and resolve real-time issues in Power BI reports
  • Debug and troubleshoot data-related or visualization errors promptly
  • Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate for report sharing
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand volume trends and build ML-based forecasting models in Python
  • Validate forecast accuracy and continuously improve prediction models
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports and forecasts to stakeholders

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Up to 3 years of experience in Power BI development and maintenance
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate for workflow automation
  • Proficiency in Python for ML forecasting and data analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Monitoring real-time issues, troubleshooting, and debugging errors

  • Creating autonomous processes to send reports and links to designated distribution lists (DLs)
 
Secondary Skills
  • Machine Learning Forecasting (Python)
  • Developing and maintaining forecasting models based on business volumes
  • Ensuring accuracy and reliability of forecasts on a regular frequency
