Senior Analyst(Del Ops (Non-Voice))

Job Summary

Responsible for driving accuracy for quality audits and analysis for the work done by the Data Processing and Fulfillment agent. Following will be the Roles and Responsibility. This role is mix of excel ( 70% ) and use of basic SQL knowledge ( 30%) as they would be required to run reports and do changes in DB for these reports :

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Audits of Data Processing and Fulfillment agent work requirement .  

• Validate whether process followed as per the SOP laid down and business requirement

• Deep dive into our operational procedures to identify opportunities, themes, and knowledge gaps to upskill team performance.

• Perform quality audits for internal / external teams to review quality calibration, defect trends, and quality disputes.

• Utilize an in-depth understanding of metrics and workflows in order to analyze and report on quality trends and error analysis.

• Provide Feedback to team based on Quality checklist parameters.

• Receive / take available build documents containing details of features and configuration to be done in system for different customers .

• Convert the data file received and convert into specific excel format for bulk upload into the  MPM Tool ( Agent to be trained on these system).

• After bulk upload, run a report on the feature/plan and compare that result that was uploaded to the build document to confirm it is all the same.

• Run / create SQL reports for comparison of the data uploaded and for reporting and analysis

• Agent will be using Billing system ( Amdocs), SAP in the process as required.
