Senior Analyst - Billing/Invoicing Lead to cash
Hyderabad, Telangana

Job Summary

Operations Data Analyst (Sr. Analyst)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze vast amount of data using dashboards/ data visualization techniques

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of anomalies detected for any underlying performance issues.

• Analyze trends, predict impact on KPIs, and provide accurate forecasting.

• Manage implementation of new programs for workforce/ capacity planning and scheduling.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvements and make recommendations to improve performance.

Skill Requirements

  • Over 5 years of customer service experience, including managing multiple phone lines and handling ticket-related communications in a Command Center environment.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Data Entry and advanced use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Expertise in data visualization and analytics, with hands-on experience using tools such as SQL, Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
  • Skilled in advanced data analytics, visualization, and storytelling, complemented by knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and related methodologies
