Job Summary

A Security Deal Desk Analyst serves as a strategic and operational partner to sales teams within the cybersecurity software or security tech sector. They focus on structuring, evaluating, and approving complex enterprise security transactions—such as multi-year SaaS subscriptions, software-plus-hardware deployments, or custom channel partner deals. Acting as the gatekeeper between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Compliance, they ensure deals meet revenue recognition, pricing, and discount guidelines while accelerating time-to-close. In cybersecurity specifically, they also ensure non-standard contract terms comply with stringent data privacy rules, regulatory frameworks, and enterprise security requirements. ​
