Senior Analyst - Data science, Microsoft Power BI, Python

Job Summary

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for applying data science techniques, utilizing Power BI for visualization, and programming in Python. The role involves analyzing data, creating reports and dashboards, and implementing data driven solutions to drive business insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Utilize data science methodologies to extract insights from large datasets.
2. Develop and maintain power bi reports and dashboards for data visualization.
3. Program in python to clean, manipulate, and analyze data efficiently.
4. Collaborate within teams to identify business requirements and deliver data solutions.
5. Implement machine learning algorithms and predictive models for business forecasting.
6. Monitor data quality, troubleshoot data related issues, and ensure data integrity.
7. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong knowledge of data science techniques such as statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization.
2. Experience in using power bi for creating interactive reports and dashboards.
3. Experience in python for data analysis and manipulation.
4. Solid understanding of database management and sql for querying and data extraction.
5. Good problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
6. Ability to communicate complex technical information to nontechnical stakeholders effectively.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in data science, Power BI, or Python are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
