Job Summary
CAE Engineer with 3-5 years expertise in ANSA for automotive FE model building, meshing, quality checks, and material/property assignment for Crash & Safety and NVH analyses using LS-DYNA and Nastran.
Hands-on experience in full vehicle assemblies and connections, including spot/seam welds, bolts, adhesives, clips, and NRB, delivering solver-ready models for leading OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
2. Utilize abaqus and ansys software tools to create accurate models and simulations.
3. Collaborate within team to interpret analysis results and provide recommendations for improvements.
4. Identify design weaknesses or areas for optimization through thorough fea analysis.
5. Generate comprehensive reports detailing analysis findings and proposed solutions.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fea analysis and simulation techniques.
Skill Requirements
