Job Summary
- Experience with OEMs, participate in any one of the powertrain development from concept.
- Experience in root causing and providing enablers independently.
- Working experience with international client will be preferred.
- Working experience with optimization tools will be preferred..
- Very Good Knowledge of FEA of static ,Dynamic, Linear ,Non Linear ,Thermal etc. and Powertrain system fundamentals.
- Recommend design proposals to improve structural and sealing performance.
- Participate in the design reviews & support the designers with the design direction for structural improvements.
- Must be able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
2. Utilize abaqus and ansys software tools to create accurate models and simulations.
3. Collaborate within team to interpret analysis results and provide recommendations for improvements.
4. Identify design weaknesses or areas for optimization through thorough fea analysis.
5. Generate comprehensive reports detailing analysis findings and proposed solutions.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fea analysis and simulation techniques.
Skill Requirements
2. Handson experience with abaqus and ansys software for conducting fea simulations.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and identify patterns.
4. Good communication skills to effectively convey analysis results and recommendations.
5. Detail oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
