Job Summary

To oversee strict compliance with processes and standards, manage team attendance for optimal productivity, lead the team to high performance, and generate detailed reports to improve system performance and address issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure All Processes Are Followed Meticulously And Comply With Relevant Standards And Regulations.
2. Monitor And Manage Team Attendance To Ensure Consistent Productivity And Adherence To Schedules.
3. Drive The Team To Achieve High Performance Through Effective Leadership, Support, And Motivation.
4. Produce Regular Reports On System Performance And Issues, Providing In-Depth Analysis And Actionable Insights To Drive Improvements And Resolve Problems Efficiently.
