Senior Appian Technical Lead

Job Summary

8+ years of experienced Technical Specialist with strong experience in SS&C Chorus and Legacy AWD platforms, responsible for supporting end-to-end delivery including requirements analysis, development, integration, testing, and production implementation, with a focus on workflow modernization and legacy system support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform requirements gathering and analysis by working closely with business stakeholders and documenting functional and technical requirements
  • Develop technical design documentation, including solution architecture, workflow design, and integration specifications
  • Provide hands-on development and configuration in Legacy AWD and Chorus, including KE scripting and workflow customization
  • Build and execute unit testing strategy, including creation of detailed test matrices and validation scenarios
  • Support system integration efforts, including APIs or interfaces with external systems (e.g., document management, correspondence systems)
  • Execute and support production implementation, including deployment, validation, and post-release stabilization
  • Provide legacy AWD administrative support, including environment management, configuration updates, and issue resolution
  • Participate in workflow migration and modernization initiatives, transitioning functionalities from AWD to SS&C Chorus
  • Collaborate across teams (business, QA, DevOps) to ensure end-to-end delivery quality and timelines

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
