Job Summary

The Senior Technical Specialist at HCL is responsible for leveraging their expertise in Appian and Agile methodology to deliver high-quality technical solutions. They will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of Appian applications, ensuring alignment with Agile practices and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for appianbased solutions
2. Design, develop, and test appian applications to meet business needs and requirements
3. Implement and maintain agile practices within the development process
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to appian applications
5. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
6. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in appian and agile methodology

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in appian development, including design, configuration, and integration
2. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their application in software development
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
4. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Project management skills to effectively deliver solutions within timelines

Other Requirements

1.Appian Certified Developer or Appian Certified Architect (preferred)
