Job Summary

The Senior Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing the testing activities related to Testing Tools and Test Automation (EMB), selenium, java. The primary objective will be to ensure the quality and efficiency of testing processes and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Automation QA Lead to drive our quality assurance strategy,using AI and latest automation tech stack oversee test automation frameworks, and lead a team of QA engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in test automation, proven leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, scalability, and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers (manual and automation).Define, implement, and maintain robust test automation frameworks (UI, API, performance, and integration).Develop automation strategies to ensure coverage across regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing.Collaborate with product owners, developers, and DevOps to align testing with business and technical requirements.Establish quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for test progress and product quality.Conduct code reviews for automated test scripts to ensure best practices and maintainability.Drive CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing.Identify process improvements and champion quality across the SDLC.Required Skills6–10 years of experience in QA, with at least 2–3 years in a lead role.Strong expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Appium).Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java or Python).Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools ( GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for testing distributed applications.Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Experience with performance testing (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).Experience in testing microservices architecture.Certification in ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in testing tools and test automation (emb), selenium, java
2. Strong experience in developing and executing test scripts using selenium and java
3. Handson experience with emb (electronic measurement bulletin) for testing purposes
4. Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a testing team
7. Ability to work collaboratively with other stakeholders to achieve testing goals

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in Testing Tools and Test Automation (EMB), selenium, java are a plus
