Senior Automation Test Lead Embedded

Job Summary

The Senior Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing the testing activities related to Testing Tools and Test Automation (EMB), selenium, java. The primary objective will be to ensure the quality and efficiency of testing processes and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for testing tools and test automation projects
2. Lead and manage the testing team to execute test cases, report defects, and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones
3. Utilize testing tools and test automation (emb), selenium, java to automate test cases and enhance test efficiency
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and priorities
5. Analyze test results, track defects, and provide recommendations for improvements in the testing process
6. Stay updated on the latest testing tools and test automation trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in testing practices

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in testing tools and test automation (emb), selenium, java
2. Strong experience in developing and executing test scripts using selenium and java
3. Handson experience with emb (electronic measurement bulletin) for testing purposes
4. Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a testing team
7. Ability to work collaboratively with other stakeholders to achieve testing goals

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in Testing Tools and Test Automation (EMB), selenium, java are a plus

Minimum Salary (US):  65000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
