Senior Automation Test Lead Embedded

Job Summary
Playwright Automation
Must-Have Skills:
- 8-12 years of overall test automation experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Playwright with TypeScript.
- Knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Selenium and Java for UI test automation.
- Knowledge of REST-assured with Java for API testing.
- Familiarity with BDD (Cucumber) and Agile software development methodologies.
- Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Exposure to test management tools like JIRA and Zephyr.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for testing tools and test automation projects
2. Lead and manage the testing team to execute test cases, report defects, and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones
3. Utilize testing tools and test automation (emb), selenium, java to automate test cases and enhance test efficiency
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and priorities
5. Analyze test results, track defects, and provide recommendations for improvements in the testing process
6. Stay updated on the latest testing tools and test automation trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in testing practices

4. Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a testing team
7. Ability to work collaboratively with other stakeholders to achieve testing goals
