Senior Automation Tester Java, Selenium

Job Summary

  • Strong experience in Manual Testing and Test Lifecycle Management
  • Proficiency in  Cypress for automation
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with API testing, regression testing, and integration testing
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
  • Experience with AI-based testing tools and frameworks

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement automated test scripts for end-to-end functional testing.
2. Execute test cases and analyze results to identify defects and performance issues.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle.
4. Maintain automation frameworks to support continuous testing processes.
5. Troubleshoot automation scripts and participate in the resolution of technical issues.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in end-to-end functional testing methodologies.
2. Solid experience in using selenium for automated testing.
3. Knowledge of software testing techniques and tools.
4. Ability to write efficient and maintainable automation scripts.
5. Understanding of agile and devops practices in relation to automation testing.
6. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in automation testing (e.g., ISTQB, Selenium) will be a plus.
