Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Test Automation Engineer with 1.5 to 3 years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of automation test scripting and manual testing methodologies. Candidates with CAD knowledge will have an added advantage. The role involves working closely with development and engineering teams to ensure product quality through effective testing practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Automation Testing and Test Script Development.
- Strong understanding of Manual Testing concepts and methodologies.
- Experience in creating, executing, and maintaining test cases.
- Knowledge of defect tracking and test management processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CAD tools/software will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of engineering or manufacturing domain applications is desirable.
- Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC).
Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts.
- Execute manual and automated test cases for application validation.
- Analyze test results and report defects with detailed documentation.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Prepare test plans, test scenarios, and test reports.
- Participate in requirement analysis and provide testing estimates.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing best practices.
- Support regression, functional, integration, and system testing activities.
