Senior Automation Tester

Job Summary

 

  1. Proficiency in Python programming and Pytest framework.
  2. Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals, including SDLC, STLC, test case design, and defect lifecycle.
  3. Experience in API testing and validation.
  4. Hands-on experience with Playwright for UI test automation.
  5. Basic knowledge of Selenium automation using the Pytest framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Pytest.
  • Perform API, functional, and regression testing.
  • Create and execute test cases based on requirements.
  • Analyze defects and work with developers for resolution.
  • Integrate and execute automation suites through Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
  • Leverage AI tools (Claude AI) for test design, automation development, and productivity improvements.
  • Follow testing best practices, including SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Skill Requirements

  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
