Job Summary
Role: eForms Analyst / Business Analyst
Analysis & Requirements
- Pre-Analysis (Form Analysis, Grouping, Discovery)
- Review existing paper, PDF, and digital forms to identify structure, data elements, rules, and dependencies
- Analyze form variations to determine reuse opportunities and standardization
- Group related forms and use cases to reduce duplication and support scalable design
- Identify upstream and downstream system touchpoints and data dependencies
- Requirements Gathering for form Outputs
- Elicit functional and non-functional requirements for digital forms and generated PDFs
- Capture validation rules, conditional logic, field behaviors, and user flows
- Define document output requirements including layout, content rules, and data population
- Ensure requirements account for accessibility, compliance, and operational needs
- Requirements Workshops & Stakeholder Engagement
- Plan and facilitate workshops with Process, Product, Business, LRC, and Branding teams
- Translate business intent into clear, actionable requirements
- Resolve conflicting requirements and document agreed decisions
- Act as the central point of coordination for requirements-related discussions
Documentation & Artifacts
- Create and Maintain Analysis Artifacts
- Produce and update Detailed Functional Requirements (DFR) documents
- Develop use case matrices linking business scenarios to form and document behavior
- Create wireframes or low-fidelity layouts to support design and development discussions
- Maintain traceability between requirements, designs, and delivered outputs
- Template Assessment and Definition
- Review existing forms and document templates to assess suitability and gaps
- Recommend standard templates for reuse across multiple use cases
- Define template structures to support multilingual and regulatory needs
- Approvals & Sign-Offs
- Coordinate reviews and approvals across all required stakeholder groups
- Track feedback, changes, and final sign-off status
- Ensure approved artifacts are version-controlled and audit-ready
Data & Integration
- Data Mapping
- Identify authoritative data sources for each form field and document element
- Map data from source systems to eFES Lite forms and PDF outputs
- Document transformation rules, defaults, and dependencies
- XML Mapping
- Define and document XML structures used for document generation
- Ensure alignment between XML schemas, data sources, and CCM templates
- Support developers by clarifying data structures and resolving mapping issues
Compliance & Regulatory Assessment
- French Translation Support
- Coordinate with translation teams to support bilingual form and PDF delivery
- Ensure translated content aligns with approved English requirements
- Validate layouts and data behavior in both EN and FR
- Regulatory & Accessibility Alignment
- Ensure requirements meet legal, regulatory, privacy, and accessibility standards
- Support audits and compliance reviews by providing clear documentation
Key Responsibilities

3. Utilize agile methodology to facilitate project planning, execution, and delivery
4. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements
5. Prepare and present reports and recommendations based on data analysis findings
6. Collaborate with it teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
7. Participate in user acceptance testing (uat) and provide support during implementation phase
8. Stay updated on industry best practices in data analysis, business analysis, and agile methodologies
