Senior Business Analyst
Lima, Lima

Job Summary

•Bridge between business stakeholders and the technical data engineering team
•Responsible for requirements gathering, process mapping and acceptance validation
•Supports delivery of reporting and analytics initiatives across Anglo American Peru

Key Responsibilities

•Elicit, document and validate business requirements for data and reporting solutions
•Develop functional specifications and data mapping documents
•Coordinate UAT sessions with end users and document sign-off evidence
•Support Power BI / SAC dashboard design from a business perspective
•Maintain traceability matrix between requirements and delivered solutions

Skill Requirements

•Business analysis and process documentation (BRD, FSD)
•Power BI / SAC – report and dashboard validation
•ServiceNow (SNOW) for demand and incident management
•Strong communication and facilitation skills
•Fluent Spanish & English
