Job Summary
| Description The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather requirements, facilitate sprint planning, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. Business Analyst Responsibilities: • Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and user needs. • Analyse and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, to elicit and prioritize requirements. • Develop comprehensive business process models, workflow diagrams, and system specifications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. • Perform impact analysis and risk assessment to identify potential issues and mitigation strategies. • Support the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards. • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users as needed. • Collaborate with product owners & product managers to prioritize backlog items and ensure clear understanding of requirements. • Provide Status to Management & SAFe Release train Engineers. The Business analyst is responsible for detail out the standards, definitions, and specifications. Must have experience in Business Analyst role. |
