Job Summary
| Should have 8 to 12 Years exp in SAP BA. Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and gaps in required controls. Document standard operating procedures and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Contribute to the development of new products and programs by leading process design and redesign initiatives, and assessing change management impacts. Participate in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost–benefit analyses, and the design of new systems. Document, validate, and manage functional requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives. Develop a thorough understanding of enterprise data, including data sources and relationships, to produce meaningful insights and reports for management and stakeholders across the organization. |
Key Responsibilities
2. Develop business process models and diagrams to visualize current and future state processes
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for process improvement initiatives
4. Implement process changes and monitor the impact on key performance indicators
5. Ensure that all business processes comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
6. Provide training and support to teams involved in executing optimized processes
7. Continuously monitor and evaluate process performance to drive further enhancements
Skill Requirements

3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
4. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as six sigma or lean
5. Experience in project management and change management practices
