Job Summary

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

  • Lead customer workshops to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.

  • Understand customer business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Translate business requirements into functional solution designs.

  • Produce functional design documents, process maps, and gap-fit assessments.

  • Recommend standard Business Central functionality wherever possible.

Solution Configuration & Implementation

  • Configure Dynamics 365 Business Central modules to meet customer requirements.

  • Support end-to-end implementation activities across multiple project phases.

  • Participate in solution design sessions and validation workshops.

  • Assist customers in defining future-state business processes.

  • Support data migration and system integration activities.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Expertise

Provide consultancy across key Business Central modules including:

  • Financial Management

  • General Ledger

  • Accounts Payable

  • Accounts Receivable

  • Fixed Assets

  • Cash Management

  • Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Purchasing & Procurement

  • Sales Order Processing

  • Inventory Management

  • Warehouse Management

  • Manufacturing

  • Project Management

  • Service Management

Testing & User Acceptance

  • Develop and execute functional test scenarios.

  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Identify and resolve functional issues during implementation.

  • Validate solution quality and business process outcomes.

  • Support deployment and go-live activities.

Skill Requirements

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders.

  • Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies effectively.

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, Project Managers, and business teams.

  • Facilitate workshops and demonstrations for business users.

Training & Support

  • Deliver end-user and super-user training.

  • Create functional documentation and user guides.

  • Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer.

  • Promote adoption of Business Central best practices.
