Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Release Manager to govern and execute end-to-end release management across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM), Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), and integration platforms. The role ensures coordinated, high-quality and compliant releases leveraging Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and modern ALM practices.

Key Responsibilities – Release Planning & Governance

• Define and implement release management framework aligned to DevOps and governance standards
• Own release planning, scheduling and release calendar management across environments
• Establish governance forums, checkpoints and approval processes
• Ensure traceability of release scope, approvals, risks and audit evidence

Key Responsibilities

D365 F&SCM Release Management

• Manage lifecycle for code, configuration and data deployments
• Coordinate environment promotions across Dev, Test, UAT and Production
• Define rollback and contingency strategies
• Ensure alignment with downstream systems and dependencies

D365 CE Release Management

• Manage solution deployments including plugins, workflows and Power Platform components
• Control solution versioning and packaging strategies
• Align releases with Microsoft release waves
• Coordinate regression and readiness validation with QA teams

Integration & Azure Platform Releases

• Coordinate releases across Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
• Ensure alignment of dependencies across systems
• Validate integration readiness and data consistency
• Manage environment configuration across integration layers

Skill Requirements

Azure DevOps & CI/CD Management

• Oversee Azure DevOps pipeline configuration and governance
• Oversee Manage automated build and release pipelines
• Oversee establish source control strategies and versioning practices
• Facilitate and enable automated deployments of configuration and data

Environment & Dependency Management

• Coordinate environment setup and refresh cycles
• Ensure environment readiness for releases
• Manage cross-system dependencies
• Maintain environment integrity and prevent configuration drift

Stakeholder & Delivery Coordination

• Act as the central coordination point across delivery teams
• Provide go/no-go recommendations
• Communicate release status, risks and deployment outcomes

Risk, Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Identify and manage release risks and issues
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards
• Validate release quality and operational readiness

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Release Management, DevOps and ALM
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps pipelines
• Understanding of D365 F&SCM and D365 CE deployment models
• Experience managing enterprise-scale releases
