Senior Business Specialist D365 FandSCM Warehousing

Job Summary

  • Develop, customize, and integrate solutions using Microsoft Commerce SDK to meet Commerce / POS requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, and test enhancements and customizations within D365 Commerce, including CRT, Retail APIs, CSU, Store Commerce, Hardware extensions. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to D365 F&O system functionality, performance, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical guidance and support throughout project lifecycles.
  • Design and Develop integrations with 3rd party services using CSU for Sync/Async approach.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the D365 F&O ecosystem and recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes.
  • Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain system documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 5-7 years hands on experience in Dynamics 365 Commerce, hands on development and customization experience in Dynamics 365 Commerce Point of Sale/ Store Commerce, Retail Server and Commerce Runtime Extension. 
  • Must have hands on experience with Store Commerce/MPOS development apart from CRT extensibility. 
  • Must have integration experience of using Commerce Scale Unit.
  • In-depth knowledge of D365 Retail architecture and Retail extension model 
  • Hands-on expertise in Design and develop MPOS/CPOS application extensions 
  • Hands-on expertise in using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and WCF Data Services 
  • Hands-on expertise in using ASP.NET Web API  
  • Expertise in Typescript and Knockout Binding 

Skill Requirements

  • Functional understanding of Commerce modules and their integrations with other Finance and Operation Modules 
  • Familiar with D365 Commerce Hardware Extensibility Farmwork
  • Possess Dynamics 365 Commerce Certifications
