As a BA, coordinate with stakeholders and should guide stakeholders on business transformation process which can be followed as a solution to the bottlenecks business is facing.

Skill Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
· 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or regulatory-driven environments.
· Strong understanding and experience in technology for Corporate Bank product and services including cash management, trade finance, treasury, and lending solutions.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to think abstractly and conceptualize complex process flows and/or requirements whilst demonstrating ownership with the ability to operate in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking along with quick decision making are required in driving solution, initiatives, and projects.
· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools.
· Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering transformation projects.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
