Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned IT business analysts that can help us in our development and integration activities.Duration: multi year assignment (contract will be in line with agreed framework conditions)Skills required:Experience in integration of IT systems; understanding the different integration patterns – especially real time integration based on API’s.; including error handling/Non Functional RequirementsExperience in designing ‘sequence diagrams’: defining the interactions between different systems for every use case / featureA good level of data modeling; and experience/hands on with json structures to detail out the different interfaces.Good (English) communication skills (verbal and in writing; facilitating workshops, documenting solutions, be able to present solutions – alternatives with its pro’s and cons.Pro-active approach (reaching out to different departments/teams within ING to seek for information, to align and to work with other people)Experience in banking in general is a must - experience in (business) lending is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
2. To evaluate & recommend different appropriate product solutions based on customer requirements.
3. To identify and facilitate customer to implement organizational changes required for effective business product Implementation
4. To design and conduct solution workshop(s) to get early buy-in from the relevant stakeholders and thereby also identify additional opportunities to engage with the client
5. To develop and guide others for their career progression
6. To continually update oneself for developing self; contribute to business cases| market collaterals etc.
