Job Summary

Professionals with comprehensive knowledge of the customer’s business functions and applications. Capable of: (1) conducting business process analysis; (2) identifying gaps in business requirements for IT implementation; (3) analysing and detailing functional requirements and procedures; (4) analysing problems and corresponding remedies; (5) performing cost-benefit analysis; (6) writing descriptions of user needs and acceptance concepts. Professionals shall possess the ability to comprehend logical database models and their impact on application architecture.

Key Responsibilities

AI use case identification and requirements gathering. Translating business needs into functional specifications for GenAI and agentic AI solutions. Ground truth preparation and business testing for AI models. Prompt engineering for insurance contexts. Stakeholder facilitation and workshops for AI adoption. For insurance-specific roles: deep understanding of claims (FNOL), underwriting workflows, policy administration, and regulatory compliance (Solvency II, DORA, EU AI Act).
