Job Summary

The role is responsible for leading the development of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for Trade Surveillance by translating front‑office business activity and desk set‑ups into clear, risk‑based surveillance requirements.

The individual will build a deep understanding of how each trading desk operates, the flow of business, and associated market abuse risks, and ensure this is reflected in how surveillance scenarios aggregate risk and drive monitoring outcomes within the vendor surveillance platform.

    • Internal governance, audit, and regulatory scrutiny.

Vendor & Platform Alignment

  • Act as the primary bridge between:
    • Business/Surveillance teams and
