Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – SAP E-Invoicing & E-Reporting to lead the analysis, design, implementation, and support of global digital tax compliance solutions across multiple countries.
In this role, you will work closely with Tax, Finance, IT and external implementation partners, to ensure compliance with country-specific electronic invoicing, e-reporting, and Continuous Transaction Control (CTC) requirements.
You will be responsible for analyzing legal and business requirements, translating them into SAP functional solutions, and supporting end-to-end project delivery from solution design through go-live and hypercare.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of indirect tax processes, SAP ERP (ECC and S/4HANA), and global e-Invoicing and e-Reporting regulations. Experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), or Comarch, PEPPOL tax compliance solutions is highly desirable

- Lead the analysis and implementation of SAP e-Invoicing and e-Reporting solutions across multiple countries.
- Anlyze country-specific legal and business requirements and translate them into functional solution designs and mapping documents.
- Collaborate with development team to build, test, and deploy compliant solutions.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover activities, go-live, and hypercare support.
- Support issue analysis, defect resolution, and continuous process improvements.
- Work closely with Tax, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure compliance with local regulations and project timelines.
- Monitor global regulatory developments and assess the impact of new e-Invoicing and e-Reporting mandates.
Skill Requirements
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, particularly in FI, MM, and SD modules.
- Experience implementing or supporting global e-Invoicing and e-Reporting regulations, such as PEPPOL, SAF-T, SII, France e-Invoicing/e-Reporting, Italy SDI, Poland KSeF, Hungary RTIR, Romania e-invoice, or similar country mandates.
- Knowledge of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Continuous Transaction Control (CTC) models, government platforms, and interoperability networks such as PEPPOL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex legal requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
