Job Summary
Support Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub operations, accounting configurations, business rule setup, production support, deployments, and future accounting standardization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub configurations.
- Analyze accounting requirements and design optimal accounting solutions.
- Configure subledger accounting rules and mapping logic.
- Support business-driven configuration changes.
- Partner with Data Warehouse and integration teams on inbound data feeds.
- Troubleshoot accounting processing issues.
- Participate in deployment activities and release management support.
- Support testing, validation, and production migration activities.
- Document accounting designs and configuration standards.
- Work directly with Finance, Accounting, IT, and Oracle support teams.
Required Skills
Functional
- Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH)
- Oracle General Ledger (GL)
- Subledger Accounting (SLA)
- Accounting rules and event model configuration
- Financial close and reconciliation processes
Technical
- Oracle Cloud ERP
- Data mapping and integrations
- SQL/Data analysis (preferred)
- Understanding of ETL/Data Warehouse concepts
Soft Skills

Experience
- 5–10+ years Oracle Financials experience
- 5+ years Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub experience
- Insurance or financial services experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
2. To evaluate & recommend different appropriate product solutions based on customer requirements.
3. To identify and facilitate customer to implement organizational changes required for effective business product Implementation
4. To design and conduct solution workshop(s) to get early buy-in from the relevant stakeholders and thereby also identify additional opportunities to engage with the client
5. To develop and guide others for their career progression
6. To continually update oneself for developing self; contribute to business cases| market collaterals etc.
