Job Summary

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Conduct requirement workshops, discussions, and interviews.
  • Document Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and user stories.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Create process flows, workflow diagrams, and use cases using Visio/BPMN.
  • Work closely with development, testing, and project teams.
  • Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and project progress tracking.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
