Role Purpose
Lead business analysis for Brazil tax reform scope: eliciting and structuring requirements, assessing impact across processes and systems, and driving clear, traceable specifications that enable compliant, on-time delivery with confident business sign-off.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Analysis • Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements. • Model current and target processes, identify gaps and define change impact. • Produce clear specifications, business rules, data mappings and acceptance criteria. • Maintain traceability from requirement through design, test and sign-off. Solution & Design Support • Partner with architects and technical leads to shape practical, compliant solution options. • Assess impact across upstream and downstream systems, interfaces and reporting. • Support estimation, prioritization, scope control and release planning. |
Testing & Deployment Readiness • Define test scenarios and support system, integration and user acceptance testing. • Coordinate UAT execution, defect triage, clarifications and business sign-off. • Prepare business readiness material including process notes, training and cutover support. Stakeholder Management • Engage business, finance, tax, legal, technology and vendor stakeholders. • Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs and decision forums with clear outcomes. • Communicate scope, risks, dependencies and status transparently to leadership. |

• Analyse Brazilian tax reform legislation and translate statutory changes into functional and system requirements. • Assess impact across invoicing, fiscal documents, tax determination, reporting and downstream integrations. |

Experience & Qualifications • 13+ years in business analysis roles within complex enterprise or ERP programmes. • Demonstrated experience with regulatory, tax or compliance-driven change initiatives. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or IT, or equivalent experience. • Business analysis or domain certifications advantageous, not mandatory.
Leadership & Behavioural • Strong analytical rigour and attention to detail. • Confident facilitation and stakeholder influence. • Structured documentation and disciplined follow-through. • Comfortable operating under regulatory deadlines and ambiguity. |
Location-Specific Expectations • Work from the Curitiba delivery location with local customer stakeholders and global teams. • Participate in on-site and virtual workshops, design reviews and governance forums. • Effective communication in a multi-country model, with overlap into European and Indian working hours.
