Senior Capability Manager

Job Summary

Senior, high-impact leader to drive end-to-end technical enablement and solution-led transformation, bridging gap between engineering, business, and go-to-market teams.  This role blends deep technical expertise, product thinking, and sales transformation leadership to accelerate adoption across internal business units and external customers

Key Responsibilities

·         Act as technical anchor for leadership & executive stakeholders

·         Ensure scalability, performance, and reusability across implementation.

·         Stay ahead of trends in – Generative AI, Agentic workflows and Enterprise AI adoption models

·         Support development of use case catalogs, industry-specific solution approaches 

·         Drive adoption of GenAI capabilities across teams

Skill Requirements

Strong experience in

·         AI/ML and Generative AI ecosystems

·         Enterprise architecture and scalable platforms

Understanding of AI product lifecycle and deployment patterns
