Job Summary
To ensure the business solution designed is based on the holistic view across all the processes of assigned domain while leveraging the pre-delivered best Practices.
- 8+ yrs hands-on Communications Planning, Development, and Implementation experience.
- Strong communication, writing, presentation skills
- Ability to understand new concepts and translate that back to client
Key Responsibilities
Specific content requirements:
- Familiarity with SLDC methodology
- Familiarity with Op Model Development desired, not required
- Familiarity with AI tools, prompts and general AI concepts
The Communications Lead Manager is responsible for shaping and disseminating our client’s message, managing communication strategies, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Create comprehensive communication plans that align with the organization's goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and distribute various content types, including press releases, newsletters, and social media posts, to enhance the organization's public image and engagement.
- Internal Communication: Coordinate with different departments to gather information and craft unified messaging for internal communications, ensuring all employees are informed and engaged.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns, using data to inform future planning and execution.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
