Job Summary

  1. Expertise in Large Enterprise system design and Implementation
    1. Design Experience in Transformation and Remediation projects
    2. Experience in Transition Management
    3. Ability to make strategic hardware and software recommendations.
    4. Ability to work on RFP’s
  2. Expertise in VMware technologies (vCenter and vSphere) design Architecture.  Recommended version 6.x, 7.x, 8.x
    1. Knowledge in VMware Aria, VCF, SRM, vSphere replication, VRA Orchestration, NSX
    2. Experience in troubleshooting skill in VMware environment.
    3. Clear understanding of VMWare vCenter including HA/DRS/FT, patching, migration, template creation, VM Tools installation and updating, monitoring, and VM Guest tuning, Customized Configuration, Policies
    4. Clear understanding of VMWare networking including distributed switches, vLAN’s, virtual NICs, and NIC Bonding.
    5. Clear understanding of Capacity Planning
  3. Expertise in Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016/2019/2022 Server domain design Architecture and implementation.
    1. Designing and implementing Microsoft Clustering and load balancing.
    2. Expert in Trouble shooting of Windows 2003, 2008, 2012 & 2016, 2022 issues.
    3. Understanding and experience with Microsoft Hyper-V
    4. Experience with system security requirements and server hardening practices.
    5. An understanding of performance, backup, security issues, and registry settings.
    6. Experience in Microsoft Active Directory Services (DNS, DHCP, WINS , DFS) and enterprise management
    7. Experience with system security requirements and server hardening practices.
  4. Experience in Cloud technologies at least or two (Azure / AWS / Google Cloud) implementation, Configuration and Deployment of Cloud resources
  5. Experience in Migration and Migration tools from DC-DC and DC to Cloud
    1. SRM/VRA (Site Recovery Manager and vSphere Replication)
    2. Zerto,
    3. Platespin,
    4. Carbonite,
    5. VMware HCX
    6. VMware Convertor
  6. Working knowledge in Hyper Converged Infrastructure technologies
    1. Cisco Hyperflex,
    2. VxRail,
    3. Nutanix,
    4. Simplivity)
  7. Strong working knowledge in Converged Infrastructure hardware technologies
    1. Cisco UCS,
    2. EMC vBlock
    3. Hp Synergy
    4. IBM Enclosure
  8. Creation of HLD, LLD, SOP documents for the customer/Operation team
  9. Installation and understanding of Applications in large environment.
  10. Experience and understanding of Backup, Network, Security and Storage Technologies.
  11. Expert in ITIL Process (IM, PM, CM)
  12. Knowledge about SCCM, SCOM
  13. Knowledge and Hands on experience in DR Methodologies
  14. Administration/Associate level certification is mandatory in VMware and Cloud
