Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Functional Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP processes
- Define integration needs to support Master data (products, locations, BOM, resources),Transactional data (orders, inventory, supply plan)
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure data availability and accuracy
- Ensure alignment of integration design with business process flows
- Support business validation and data reconciliation activities
- Strong understanding of End-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes (DP, SP, IBP) and Data flow across planning systems
- Experience in: Master data & transactional data structures and Data reconciliation and validation
🔹 Technical Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end integration architecture for o9 platform
- Build and manage integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP),Flat files / batch uploads,Middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, SAP CPI, etc.)
- Develop and maintain: ETL pipelines, Data ingestion and export processes,Scheduling and orchestration workflows
- Handle: Data transformation and mapping,Error handling and logging and Performance tuning
- Ensure data consistency, security, and governance across systems
- Hands-on experience in: o9 Integration framework,API integration, REST/SOAP services and ETL concepts and data pipelines
- Strong knowledge of: Data formats (JSON, XML, CSV) and SQL and database concepts
- Experience with: Middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP CPI, Informatica, etc.), Scheduling/orchestration tools (Airflow, Control-M, etc.)
- Familiarity with: Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) – preferred
🔹 Implementation & Delivery
- Lead integration workstream in end-to-end o9 implementation lifecycle
- Coordinate with multiple teams: Functional consultants, SAP/ERP teams, Data engineering teams
- Define and execute integration test strategy (SIT, UAT)
- Ensure timely delivery of integration components
- Provide hypercare support and issue resolution post go-live
- Document integration design, mapping, and workflows
