Job Summary

We are looking for a SAP WM Consultant to support warehouse management and logistics processes in an AMS environment. The role involves handling L2 production support, issue resolution, and minor enhancements in SAP WM integrated landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 AMS support for SAP WM processes ensuring SLA adherence.
Support warehouse operations, including:
  • Inbound and outbound delivery
  • Putaway and picking processes
  • Transfer orders and stock management
Handle inventory management processes:
  • Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), stock transfers
  • Physical inventory and stock reconciliation
Monitor and resolve warehouse-related issues, including queue and interface failures
Support integration with SAP MM and other modules (SD, PP)
Work on incident and service request handling via ticketing tools
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes
Participate in testing (SIT/UAT) for minor enhancements and changes
Maintain process documentation and knowledge base.

Skill Requirements

  • Exposure to EWM (good to have)
  • Experience in S/4HANA environment
  • Knowledge of RF processes / warehouse automation
  • Understanding of ITIL processes
