Job Summary
Experienced SAP (PP+MM) consultant responsible for managing end-to-end production planning and material management processes, providing L2/L3 support, handling enhancements, and ensuring smooth business operations in SAP ECC/S/4HANA environments.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning (PP) – MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders
Materials Management (MM) – Procurement, Inventory Management, Vendor Management
Ensure seamless integration across modules (PP-MM-SD-QM)
Handle L2/L3 incidents and service requests
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and resolution
Ensure adherence to SLAs and timely ticket closure
Analyze business requirements and implement enhancements
Support change requests, minor developments, and configuration changes
Coordinate with ABAP team for technical developments
Support S/4HANA migration / rollout (if applicable)
Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities
Participate in system upgrades and testing cycles
Prepare and execute:
Unit Testing
Integration Testing
UAT support
Ensure defect resolution and quality delivery
Maintain functional specs, SOPs, KT documents
Ensure audit compliance and documentation standards
Skill Requirements
Strong expertise in SAP PP (MRP, Production Orders, BOM, Routing)
Strong expertise in SAP MM (Procurement, Inventory, Vendor Management)
Experience in ECC / S/4HANA environments
Knowledge of integration with SD, QM, WM
