Job Summary
Possess 8–10 years of experience in SAP Basis, including SAP system administration, migrations, and comprehensive performance tuning.
· Expertise in SAP products such as S/4 HANA, ECC, BW, GTS, Solution Manager, BOBJ, and Fiori.
· Skilled in conducting performance analysis of HANA databases, identifying bottlenecks, optimizing resource consumption, and recommending improvements.
· Hands-on experience with SAP BTP capabilities, including Cloud Connector, CPI, Identity Authentication Services, and Identity Provisioning Services.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP functional, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders) to align technical solutions with business needs.
· Proficient in analyzing and optimizing SQL queries to enhance HANA database performance.
· Lead and resolve critical P1 and P2 incidents and defects through effective problem management.
· Develop technical roadmaps for platform stability, including system upgrades, patch applications, and data archiving assessments.
· Strong knowledge of SAP Solution Manager/Cloud ALM, including ChaRM and Technical Monitoring setup.
· Expertise in implementing SAP security configurations, including SSO, SSL, and SNC for landscapes, as well as applying security patches.
· Proven experience in HANA database backup, restore, and recovery processes.
· Manage OS-level tasks from an SAP perspective, including monitoring applications, failover/failback operations, and other administrative tasks.
