Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced FIS TRAX Treasury Application Support Consultant responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the FIS TRAX Treasury Payment Hub platform. The role involves managing domestic and international payment processing, ensuring system availability, troubleshooting payment and integration issues, and supporting treasury operations across banking and ERP ecosystems. The candidate will collaborate with treasury, finance, banking partners, and technical teams to optimize payment processing, improve straight-through processing (STP), and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 application support for the FIS TRAX Treasury Payment Hub.
- Monitor and support domestic and international payment processing activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payment execution, connectivity, and integration issues.
- Configure and maintain payment workflows, approval hierarchies, and payment formats.
- Support ISO 20022, SWIFT MT/MX messages, ACH, Wire, SEPA, and other payment formats.
- Coordinate with banks, treasury teams, and ERP teams to resolve payment-related incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
- Monitor interfaces between TRAX, banking platforms, ERP systems, and middleware solutions.
- Support system upgrades, patches, testing, and production deployments.
- Ensure compliance with treasury controls, audit requirements, and payment security standards.
- Prepare operational reports, incident reports, and system performance metrics.
- Participate in disaster recovery, business continuity, and release management activities.
- Support process improvement initiatives focused on automation and STP optimization.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with FIS TRAX Treasury Payment Hub.
- Strong understanding of Treasury Operations and Payment Processing.
- Knowledge of domestic and international payment methods.
- Experience with:
- ISO 20022
- SWIFT MT/MX Messaging
- ACH
- Wire Transfers
- SEPA Payments
- Experience integrating treasury systems with ERP platforms such as:
- SAP
- Oracle
- PeopleSoft
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- Knowledge of SQL, file-based interfaces, and system integrations.
- Understanding of treasury controls, payment security, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, or other ticketing systems.
Preferred Skills
- Treasury Management System (TMS) experience.
- Banking connectivity solutions (SWIFT, Host-to-Host, API Banking).
- Shell scripting, PowerShell, or automation tools.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience working in global treasury operations.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Relevant FIS/TRAX Treasury certifications are preferred.
