Job Summary

Key Responsibilities (For both S/4 On-Prem and CP):
1. Core Configuration: Set up and maintain the basic Enterprise Structure (Personnel Area, Personnel Subarea), Personnel Structure (Employee Group, Employee Subgroup), Work Schedules, Holiday Calendar etc. as and when required by the business. 
                                            Adjust the BIB (Business Integration Builder) configuration set up as required for new enhancements.                                             
2. Infotype Maintenance: Manage the core set of HR Infotypes required for Mini Master, such as:
IT0000 (Actions)
IT0001 (Organizational Assignment)
IT0002 (Personal Data)
IT0006 (Addresses)
IT0007 (Planned Working Time)
IT0105 (Communications)
3. Interface Management: Daily monitoring and support of the replication of employee data from SuccessFactors Employee Central via SAP CPI, using various tools such as Replication Monitor, SLG1 etc.     
4. Integration & Synchronization: Daily monitoring of the Business Partner (BP) synchronization to ensure HR records are correctly linked to S/4HANA Business Partners for vendor/employee payments.
5. Issue Resolution : Resolve any sync issues in timely manner respecting the SLA timeframe.
6. Daily Reporting : Daily reporting of the ongoing HR tickets in SNOW and other tasks to LAM L3 SME. 
                                     Create dashboards to report ticket status to Leadership.
7. Innovation/improvements : Suggest improvements to existing systems and processes for better scalability and performance.

Skill Requirements

1. S/4 HR Functional Knowledge: Deep proficiency in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) modules.
2. Soft Skills : Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Very good communication skills.
