Job Summary

The customer is seeking a SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Compensation, Career Development Planning, and Learning Management System (LMS). The consultant will support Reckitt's talent development, compensation planning, and employee learning ecosystem through a combination of AMS support, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation Management

  • Support annual compensation planning cycles.
  • Configure compensation worksheets and planning templates.
  • Support merit increases, bonus planning, and stock award processes.
  • Resolve compensation-related system issues and user queries.

Career Development

  • Support Career Development Planning (CDP) processes.
  • Configure development plans and career worksheets.
  • Support succession and talent development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Management teams.

Learning Management

  • Support Learning Management System (LMS) operations.
  • Manage learning assignments and curriculums.
  • Support certifications, compliance training, and learning reports.
  • Troubleshoot learning content and assignment issues.
  • Support LMS enhancements and optimization initiatives.
